The benefits of your aroma roller can be experienced through a combination of topical absorption and inhalation.

We recommend applying your aroma to pulse points (inside of wrists, side of neck/collar bones), soles of feet (for maximum absorption) and warmed between your palms (for maximum inhalation).

Apply anytime you want to feel a sense of calm and quiet or before, during and after your mindful ritual.

Crystal Companion - Citrine, known as the stone of abundance, carries the power of the sun which in turn powers your solar plexus chakra; the energy centre linked to creativity and motivation.
