APPLICATION

The benefits of your aroma roller can be experienced through a combination of topical absorption and inhalation.

We recommend applying your aroma to pulse points (inside of wrists, side of neck/collar bones), soles of feet (for maximum absorption) and warmed between your palms (for maximum inhalation).

Spray a cloud of mist around your body or sleep space to prepare for your journey into slumber. Mist anytime you wish to wind down.
