We offer both an intimate workshop space and practitioner rooms to connect with your community and clients.

OUR WORKSHOP SPACE

We offer an intimate and versatile space to learn, play and connect with others.

Suitable for: Yoga + Meditation teachers, circle hosts and ceremonial events, creative workshops, talks, courses and events.

Located in a quiet new industrial park in Altona North with ample parking and close proximity to public transport and cafes.

This is a space for you to find connection with your community.

1:1 CLIENT

PRACTITIONER ROOMS

We offer two private and comfortable practitioner rooms. These welcoming and relaxed spaces have desks, seating and massage tables.

Suitable for: Counselling, massage, reiki, kinesiology, hypnotherapy & 1:1 consultation

Accessibility: One room available downstairs that is fully wheelchair accessible and one room available upstairs.

AVAILABLE FACILITIES

• Accommodates up to 15 people seated, 6 laying down.
• Filtered natural light, bright LED lights or ambient lighting options
• Floor cushions and light blankets.
• Trestle tables and limited chairs.
• Plenty of space to mingle and store personal belongings.
• Heating/cooling.
• Ample electrical outlets.
• Accessible bathroom.
• Basic kitchenette facilities.
• Free parking.
• Short walking distance to public transport and cafe.

Accessibility: Whilst our bathroom and gallery spaces are wheelchair accessible, our workshop/event space is upstairs.

Note: Our building and space is video monitored 24/7.

SPACE HIRE RATES

TREATMENT ROOM HIRE:
• $25ph (+GST)
• Day rate $122 ($15.25ph) for a full 8hr day. Longer days can be arranged on request. (+GST)

WORKSHOP SPACE HIRE:
• $25ph
• 1/2 day 4.5 hours $100
• Full day 8.5 hours $170
(prices exclude GST and are subject to change)

MARKETING EVENTS:
Practitioners may leave marketing material at the HQ.

EDM + Socials advertising space can be purchased

Uluna HQ is open 10am - 5:30pm, evening sessions and weekends are available at extended times.

DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS

• Deposit due upon booking (50%). Remaining balance due 24 hours prior to booking day/time.
• Deposit can be refunded 2 weeks before booking day.
• 50% of deposit can be refunded 7 days prior.
• If a cancellation occurs less than 7 days before booking the deposit will be held as a booking credit (can only be used for room/space hire).

ACTIVITIES

• Only approved food/drinks can be consumed in the booking spaces - approval must be given by Uluna Management team.
• Not all activities, groups and gatherings will be approved. Events must be in alignment with the Uluna brand.
• No alcohol is permitted on our premises.

BOOKERS RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Be kind and respectful at all times.
• Provide public liability insurance at the time of booking.
• Leave rooms/spaces clean and tidy and return it to the original set-up.
• Include pack-up and pack-down time within the booked time slot.
• Respect our neighbours, staff and other practitioners using the building and keep noise levels to an appropriate level during working hours.
• Bring their own linen, blankets, yoga mats and tools.
