DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS

• Deposit due upon booking (50%). Remaining balance due 24 hours prior to booking day/time.
• Deposit can be refunded 2 weeks before booking day.
• 50% of deposit can be refunded 7 days prior.
• If a cancellation occurs less than 7 days before booking the deposit will be held as a booking credit (can only be used for room/space hire).

ACTIVITIES

• Only approved food/drinks can be consumed in the booking spaces - approval must be given by Uluna Management team.
• Not all activities, groups and gatherings will be approved. Events must be in alignment with the Uluna brand.
• No alcohol is permitted on our premises. 

BOOKERS RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Be kind and respectful at all times.
• Provide public liability insurance at the time of booking.
• Leave rooms/spaces clean and tidy and return it to the original set-up.
• Include pack-up and pack-down time within the booked time slot.
• Respect our neighbours, staff and other practitioners using the building and keep noise levels to an appropriate level during working hours.
• Bring their own linen, blankets, yoga mats and tools.
