May 21st – June 20th
• Playful • Curious • Flow
Gemini season, ruled by Mercury, sparks curiosity, communication, and a playful hunger for new ideas. It’s the perfect time to refresh your self-care routine by exploring novel practices that keep your mind and body engaged.
Try a breath work class, journal with prompts that challenge your perspective, or dive into a book on a wellness topic you’ve never explored. Movement that feels light and joyful - like dance or nature walks with podcasts - can energise your spirit. Let this season be a playground for your well-being.
Stay open, stay curious, and let your self-care evolve with the same lively spirit Gemini inspires.

Wellness is not a one-size-fits-all journey - it evolves as you do. Staying adaptable allows you to meet your needs with grace, even in times of change. Here are five ways to remain flexible and aligned with your well-being that draw on the adaptable Gemini energy:
1. Listen to Your Body: Your body is always communicating. Tune in daily to notice shifts in energy, mood, and physical cues. Adapt your nutrition, movement, or rest based on what it’s asking for.
2. Stay Curious: Wellness is a dynamic space. Explore new practices like breathwork, sound therapy, or seasonal eating. Curiosity invites expansion and helps prevent stagnation.
3. Let Go of “Perfect”: Perfectionism can block progress. If your routine falls off, meet it with compassion. Adaptability means starting again, not giving up.
4. Align with Your Seasons: Your energy ebbs and flows with the seasons, cycles, and even your mood. Adjust your self-care rituals accordingly—some seasons call for action, others for deep rest.
5. Check In Weekly: Reflect on what’s working and what’s not. A simple weekly check-in lets you pivot with intention rather than react out of habit.
Adaptability in wellness is a practice of presence, permission, and self-trust. Keep evolving—you’re allowed to change.
June 21st - July 22nd
• Intuitive • Compassionate • Nurturing
Cancer season, ruled by the Moon, invites us to turn inward and connect deeply with our emotions. The Moon governs intuition, cycles, and the ebb and flow of our inner world- making this a powerful time for reflection, nurturing, and honouring our emotional needs.
Cancer also rules the stomach, linking our feelings directly to our gut instincts. During this season, we may feel more sensitive, intuitive, and protective, with a heightened awareness of what feels nourishing or unsettling.
Trusting your gut- literally and metaphorically- can guide aligned choices, helping you create emotional safety and inner harmony from the inside out.
