Epidote, Albite & Actriolite - 01
I rise through resilience, clarity and grounded strength—becoming more whole with every step.
This rare three-mineral combination from the Harts Range weaves together renewal, clarity and anchored courage—supporting you as you rebuild, refocus and rise into your next chapter.

Stone size: 40 x 38mm approx
HEALING
Epidote, Albite and Actinolite create a deeply supportive energetic trio for times of rebuilding—physically, emotionally, or spiritually. Epidote brings a frequency of regeneration and conscious growth, encouraging you to gently release what drains you and amplify what nourishes you. Albite (a sodium feldspar) adds clarity and clean mental space, helping you untangle overwhelm, soothe scattered thinking and return to your inner truth with ease. Actinolite, rich in grounding earth-energy, anchors this entire blend by strengthening your sense of protection, resilience and embodied presence. Together they form a stabilising yet elevating support for navigating change, strengthening self-belief and reconnecting with your grounded power.
Use this combination in moments when you feel yourself shifting into a new phase—whether through physical conditioning, personal healing, emotional integration or the quiet rebuilding that follows a demanding season of life. Hold the stone during breathwork or place it near your heart during journalling, and feel its message: you are becoming stronger, clearer and more aligned than before. Over time, this stone can help you recognise your own thresholds, honour your limits, and step into new cycles with steadiness rather than pressure. It is a mineral ally for women reclaiming their energy, mothers restoring their body and spirit, or anyone walking the delicate path of growth with courage.
SCIENCE
This specimen comes from the Harts Range in the Northern Territory—one of Australia’s most geologically complex metamorphic belts. Here, intense heat and pressure deep within the Earth forged a suite of minerals typical of high-grade metamorphism. Epidote forms when calcium-rich rocks undergo transformation during regional metamorphic events, its characteristic pistachio-green colour coming from iron content in its crystal structure. Albite, a sodium-rich feldspar, is common in metamorphic terrains where original feldspar grains recrystallise into cleaner, blockier forms under heat and directional pressure. Actinolite, a fibrous amphibole, grows in elongated prismatic crystals within metamorphosed volcanic and sedimentary rocks—its green hues reflecting iron and magnesium within the lattice.
These three minerals together represent a textbook metamorphic assemblage: epidote signalling dynamic alteration, albite preserving the feldspar framework of the original rock, and actinolite capturing the directional force of ancient tectonic compression. Their intergrowth records the conditions under which the host schists and gneisses of the Harts Range formed—an environment shaped by deep crustal movement, uplift, folding and repeated metamorphic cycles. The contrasts in their textures, colour and hardness reveal the complexity of how minerals respond differently to the same geologic conditions. When viewed as a whole, the specimen is a natural snapshot of Earth’s ability to transform base minerals into structured, resilient and beautiful crystalline forms.

OUR ETHICS
Yes, our crystals are ethically sourced & sold.
Read more:
Ethical mining/sourcing refers to the conditions in which a crystal is unearthed and the people and/or businesses that do it. Whilst a mineral may be sourced ethically from the earth, many stones are sent to factories in other countries for cutting and polishing into spheres and generators.
The label of ethics also applies to the selling and consumer purchasing.
Crystals must be correctly identified, certified as natural with any treatments disclosed. Too often crystals are lab grown or treated in a lab and sold as natural. This is incredibly important to us (and our in-house gemmologist) so each piece is tested and certified and accompanied by and authenticity card.
We pride ourselves on our crystal ethics, from earth to home.
