This time between Christmas and the first days of the new year are optimal for focussing on your own energy with some self-care, goal setting and ritual practices. Long gone are the "new years resolutions that often end in failed attempts as what we think we need is misaligned with what we deeply desire.

This joyful remembering brings your mind and body back to a state of vitality whilst opening you to feelings of gratitude and awe. Feel guided through small, enjoyable daily practices to reignite joy and inspiration whilst shifting to an optimistic mindset to make the most of 2026.

Digital Journey Only $60 - receive a link to sign up for an 8-day email series, beginning December 29th 2025 and ending on January 4th 2026. There will be tool suggestions to incorporate, guidance, meditations, prompts and ritual practices.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Sales close December 5th for kit options, digital-only journeys can be purchased up to December 15th.
Physical kits will include a card with a code to scan (the link is active from December 23 - 28th). This will direct you to a sign up page for the 8-day journey selected.
Digital Only: You will receive an email on December 23rd with a prompt to join the journey. If buying for a friend, you may request it be sent to a new email or request a printed version be posted (at a cost).
