Soul Star Chakra is the transpersonal Chakra which is located approximately 15 to 30 cm above your crown. It is the first Chakra outside and above your physical body. It represents the sacred essence of the etheric energies, existing outside our physical body. It is hard to imagine at times but this is the portal through which divine energy and light filters through to nourish your body.

This Chakra is like your soul’s archive. It connects you with your higher self, stores your akashic records, retains information about your karmic cycles, past lives or previous incarnations and is a means of communication with your guides and angels. It is the place where your soul rests.

About the Chakras: The word “chakra” translates to “wheel” in Sanskrit and refers to the suggested form of each chakra being a “wheel of spinning light”. The chakras are primary energy centres and correspond with separate aspects of our physical body and mind. Each is represented by a different colour within the light spectrum. Each chakra channels its own unique energies that play various roles in our development as human beings.

Find yourself some quiet space and time. Apply to wrist pulse points, across the back of your neck, temples or to the soles of your feet. If you prefer you can apply it to the palm of your hands, rubbing them together to warm the oils then cup over your nose. Breathing deeply, allow these precious oils to guide you on your journey to clarity, focus and awareness.

To activate the Soul Star chakra, apply to the crown of your head. For females, rub in a clockwise direction, for males rub in an anticlockwise direction.
