HEALING
Green Grey Tourmaline carries an energy of grounded renewal, emotional steadiness, and subtle protection. Where brighter green stones can feel expansive and heart-opening, the green-grey tone feels quieter and more stabilising. It is a beautiful stone for returning to yourself, calming emotional excess, and reconnecting with a steady inner compass. This is the kind of energy that supports boundaries, perspective, and a more anchored way of moving through life.

SCIENCE
Tourmaline is a complex borosilicate mineral group rather than a single simple composition, and many gem varieties belong to species such as elbaite, schorl, dravite, or uvite. Tourmaline crystallises in the trigonal system and is valued for its elongated crystal habit, broad colour range, and good durability, with hardness commonly around 7 to 7.5 depending on species. Green colour in tourmaline is commonly associated with trace elements including iron, and greyish tones can soften the body colour, giving the gem a more muted and earthy appearance.

CRYSTAL CARE
Although crystals have survived hundreds of thousands to millions of years (wow) in our earth they are still delicate and must be treated with TLC.

OUR ETHICS
Yes, our crystals are ethically sourced & sold.
Read more:
Ethical mining/sourcing refers to the conditions in which a crystal is unearthed and the people and/or businesses that do it. Whilst a mineral may be sourced ethically from the earth, many stones are sent to factories in other countries for cutting and polishing into spheres and generators.
The label of ethics also applies to the selling and consumer purchasing.
Crystals must be correctly identified, certified as natural with any treatments disclosed. Too often crystals are lab grown or treated in a lab and sold as natural. This is incredibly important to us (and our in-house gemmologist) so each piece is tested and certified and accompanied by and authenticity card.
We pride ourselves on our crystal ethics, from earth to home.
