THE SEVEN CHAKRAS
The word “chakra” translates to “wheel” in Sanskrit and refers to the suggested form of each chakra being a “wheel of spinning light”.
Chakras are the energy centers of the astral/energetic body, located along the spine, starting at its base and running upwards to the crown of the head. The astral body is the energy body residing inside our physical body. Each physical body part has a corresponding astral body part. The astral body cannot be seen or touched. This is also a reason why we cannot see the chakras. (*some people can)
The chakras radiate a specific colour and energy. Since each chakra relates to specific spiritual, emotional, psychological, and physical aspects of our being, it is believed that their blockage or malfunction can lead to physical, psychological, and emotional disorders. The conscious awareness and balancing of these energy centers, on the other hand, is believed to lead to well-being and good health.
The chakras are primary energy centers and correspond with separate aspects of our physical body and mind. Each is represented by a different colour within the light spectrum. Each chakra channels its own unique energies that play various roles in our development as human beings.

HOW TO USE
There are many different methods and modalities that your kit can be incorporated into. Below are three simple and effective ways to integrate your chakra kit into a daily practice.
1. Keep your set close by to harmonise your energy. Each morning select a stone you feel drawn to and carry or keep close during the day.
2. Choose one crystal each day to place over the corresponding chakra or hold in your hand for meditation.
3. Please the 7 crystals over your chakras for a deep, energetic balancing. After placing the stones, follow your chosen meditation style for 10-15 minutes.

Ethical mining/sourcing refers to the conditions in which a crystal is unearthed and the people and/or businesses that do it. Whilst a mineral may be sourced ethically from the earth, many stones are sent to factories in other countries for cutting and polishing into spheres and generators.
The label of ethics also applies to the selling and consumer purchasing.
Crystals must be correctly identified, certified as natural with any treatments disclosed. Too often crystals are lab grown or treated in a lab and sold as natural. This is incredibly important to us (and our in-house gemmologist) so each piece is tested and certified and accompanied by and authenticity card.
