HEALING
Grossular Garnet is a stone of stability, strength and emotional grounding. Its energy is earthy and anchoring—helping you come back into your body, your breath, and your centre when life feels scattered or overwhelming. It supports the integration of life’s heavier moments, strengthening your inner resilience and helping you rebuild foundations that feel balanced, steady and aligned. This brown Grossular from Broken Hill holds a particularly grounded signature, reminding you that strength is not about rigidity, but about presence, rootedness and clarity.
Energetically, Grossular encourages wholeness. It invites you to trust your instincts, honour your inherent worth, and move forward with a quiet confidence. Its dodecahedral geometry carries a natural symmetry and coherence that mirrors your own inner architecture when you’re operating from calm alignment. Use it during meditation, breathwork, or when you need to steady your energy—place it at your feet, hold it in your palm, or keep it on your desk as a reminder of your grounded truth.
SCIENCE
Grossular Garnet is a calcium–aluminium silicate belonging to the garnet group, forming in high-temperature metamorphic environments. At Broken Hill, garnets commonly develop within skarns, gneisses and calc-silicate rocks where heat and mineral-rich fluids interact with limestone or other calcium-bearing host rocks. This brown variety reflects subtle inclusions of iron and earth-derived impurities which lend it its warm, grounded hue. Its classic dodecahedral shape is typical for Grossular, showcasing the garnet group’s tendency toward symmetrical, equant crystal habits.
Grossular Garnet is known for its durability and strong atomic bonding, giving it a naturally high hardness and excellent stability over geological time. These crystals often record intense metamorphic conditions—pressure, heat, and chemical exchange—that shaped the Broken Hill region over hundreds of millions of years. The result is a mineral that embodies structural integrity and the endurance of Earth’s deepest processes.

CRYSTAL CARE
Although crystals have survived hundreds of thousands to millions of years (wow) in our earth they are still delicate and must be treated with TLC.

SOURCNG ETHICS & VALUES
At Uluna, we are deeply committed to offering crystals that are not only beautiful but also ethically sourced and of the highest quality. Ethical sourcing means ensuring that the crystals we provide are mined under fair conditions, respecting both the environment and the workers involved. We also recognise that many crystals undergo processes like cutting and polishing in factories far away from their mined locations, so we remain diligent about maintaining our integrity throughout the supply chain sourcing locally and directly where possible.
Our dedication to quality is upheld by our in-house gemmologist, who brings over 15 years of expertise to every piece we offer. Each crystal is carefully tested, correctly identified, and certified as natural, with any treatments fully disclosed. Unlike lab-grown or misrepresented stones often sold as natural, our crystals are authentic and come with an authenticity card, guaranteeing their provenance and purity so you can feel safe with each purchase. For us, ethics and quality are non-negotiable values.
