SCIENCE
Named for Franz Xavier von Wulfen an Austraian Mineralogist, Wulfenite is a lead molybdate mineral with a hardness of 3 on MOHs scale. A collectable mineral, wulfenite forms in yellow through vivid orange, brown, red and rarely greenish-brown due to trace elements of chromium. Crystals appear tabular typically but do form in a variety of tetragonal shapes.

Crystals must be correctly identified, certified as natural with any treatments disclosed. Too often crystals are lab grown or treated in a lab and sold as natural. This is incredibly important to us (and our in-house gemmologist) so each piece is tested and certified and accompanied by and authenticity card.
