Ruby in Fuchsite is a powerful heart healing stone that brings a balance to your emotions helping you feel and see with clarity. This stone showcases the rich red of Ruby (Corundum) and the delicate green of Fuchsite (Green Mica). Both minerals achieve their colours from the trace element of chromium.

Some examples show a hexagonal cross section of the Ruby crystals and may also show a pearly sheen from fibrous Rutile inclusions.

The Fuchsite Mica is a schist of small platelets of Mica all compacted together, giving a delicate glittery appearance.

Although crystals have survived hundreds of thousands to millions of years (wow) in our earth they are still delicate and must be treated with TLC. 

Fuchsite is soft and may scratch easily.
